    Ordered 2 red dot sights and both weren't working. Took my chances and spent $10 to replace batteries and luckily that solved the problem. When notified the seller of that issue - was met with a simple reply as "SORRY" which is unacceptably unprofessional customer service approach... Will stay away from that seller for sure...

    Hi, you contacted me after you allegedly replaced the batteries. You asked "Hi, just wanted to let you know that both red dot sights had completely dead batteries that I replaced. Were these items used?I responded with "Oh no I'm so sorry and no they were purchased in a lot and unused"And you stared "Just checking because I had to spend an additional $10 on new batteries...".I'm unsure as to why You did not contact me when You realized the ítems were not working so that I could replace them.
