Something happened at USPS that delayed the delivery, but that was NOT the Seller's fault. In fact, Josh's Frogs Customer Service was awesome, and offered an immediate refund or re-shipment when notified of the initial delay. Excellent Customer Service across the board. I did finally get the item, and it was well-packaged. I highly recommend this Seller! A+++

When bought new this product usually is good for close to 2 yrs. This one only has a a year left until it expires. Otherwise good seller.
