Nerchandise with defect

When I install the cartridge I have and hard time to try to removed the product in inside because the machine gave me and error message means do not recognize anything in inside the cartridge, after some our the ink is getting out of the cartridge and stamp colors on any paper; I believe that need to be change and replace....
