OK but needs better instruction pics
Instructions are quite poor. The body needs filler and sanding before finishing. Screws are a mish-mash, so take the time to decide what they are for, and you may need one or more extra screws from somewhere. Wiring might need more than one attempt to complete simply because the photos are very poor.
Take care with the tuner pegs too, some nuts slip without gripping. But - for the price it can be made to work if you persist, and the end result is satisfying.

Fun to build but pointless result
It is fun to build but then it has no purpose - too fiddly or breakable to leave with a child. The fun is the build and gearing. Its not a clock really, just a Rev Counter with a clock face, but I expected as much.

Worth it, just persevere
I bought a phone to ATA adaptor (to fit a BT compatible line connector) to make it usable. The instructions are terrible but via YouTube etc you can make sense of it all. Finding the IP address took some working out. Once up and running it works well. The outgoing call tone crackles like an old vinyl record, but when connected the call quality is good. Having said all of the above it is a good gadget and good value.
