Probably the Best Live-Action Movie Disney has Made in 20 Years

Jungle Cruise is probably the best live-action movie Disney has made in 20 years. It has a lot of CGI in it but the great story, settings, characters, and acting by the leads makes it feel like a timeless classic instead of instantly dated like many of the other films we have seen in recent years.

Fun action, beautiful cel animation, and a decent English dub

Fun action, beautiful cel animation, and a decent English dub. This was my first time watching Castle in the Sky. It was good to find a decent-quality English Ghibli dub. I was told that the 2003 dub was better than the 2010 one, so I bought this copy to give the movie a watch with the best light possible. The last and only other time I watched a Ghibli movie was a poor-quality dub of Ariety that made its way to the local library. The dialog was slow and awkward and really off-put me to the Ghibli collection at an early age. I'm glad older me gave these classics a second chance though. Watched it with the family and they all thought it was cool. My little sister is into drawing fan art of anime characters and at the end, she asked, "So this was all hand-drawn without any computers?" She hadn't seen a lot of the pre-digital anime and thought that this looked gorgeous but couldn't imagine how long it took the animators to craft each frame of the two-hour movie.
