  Seller doesn't accept returns, shipped the wrong part. Listing was for a dynamic r-series mobility scooter control p/n # DR50-A01. The photo even shows that part and is what I needed. What was sent was a p/n #DR50-B01. Doesn't work in my scooter. As seller doesn't accept returns I am now forced to find another unit. I have learned never to buy from a seller that won't accept returns I guess even when they make the mistake.

  The B01 is an upgraded A01, the terminals are the same. If it does not work it suggests there is something else wrong with your scooter. As you state in your negative feedback we do not offer international returns. You did not pays us nor did we organise the outward shipping
