Very disappointed because setup would not allow me to use non-HP inks as an alternative unlike the similar 8710 printer that had no restrictions..
The printer is unable to use non-hp genuine inks because there is a block in its software. This makes it much more expensive to buy inks. I have an older but similar 8710 printer that prints with non-generic inks, however, the printhead is becoming worn and that is why I chose to have a similar printer because I would like to continue using the alternative inks. This printer is a great disappointment. Even when I tried to unblock the HP software hold on it.
