Has its pros and cons
Everyone I talk to on the phone says the phone cuts out, even though I'm right by the base and its hard to hear me, even though I have the mic turned up. After a while the headband starts to hurt your scalp. Also when I have it paired with my cell phone it hangs up if I get a call and you can't switch from your desk phone to your mobile phone without dropping a call.
