Happy buyer
1 of 1 found this helpful When your laser fails, why not just buy a new one? For me it's because I had 3 toners that would only work in the old model, so I bought a used one on eBay and it is working just like the old one, i.e. very well.

seriously powerful magnets!
I bought these magnets to hold the 1/4" thick wooden control cover on the back of a bass guitar. You flip off the cover to get access from the rear to the electronics. Each magnet has more than 1 lb pull, so I could have used smaller ones, but they are working fine. I stuck them to a slight recess in the cover with super glue (CA) and they hold well enough not to come off while removing the cover. In the body of the instrument there are 3 recessed screws that receive the pull of the magnets. By recessing the screws a few hairs lower that the contact point I can adjust the pull to be just right. So I'm quite satisfied; I'll keep using these for future instrument builds.
