1 of 1 found this helpful I have been keeping my eye on this specific type of card for months now from ASUS and now after trying it for myself and quiet pleased with the performance. One of my favorite qualities is the ability to keep it under 50C in temperature even while running a heavy load

My 1440p experience
I wasn't entirely sure about getting this monitor. After all I'm new to the PC landscape. I did try out the PG248q and the PG278q monitors respectively beforehand and they were good although the color was always washed out.
With this monitor I did get one dead pixel in the top left corner and light bleed does occur but overall the positive experience seems to outweigh any negative preconceptions I had about this monitor. If you want true beautiful color and a fast monitor I would say go for this monitor so long as you have a rig to back it up too.
