  I have received the parcel and am unhappy with the product. In the description it stated that the item is new however, on opening the yodel box you can see the item has been opened before, with extensive damage to the original box and a lack of packaging inside. The device has small marks here and there and what appears to dust within. I would like to send this item back but the seller will not acknowledge my messages are my return request.   The item arrived promptly, sadly it was damaged, however the damage was no fault of the seller, it appears it was already like that as the box was sealed. The seller was very prompt and polite in handling the issue. As the panel itself was working I decided to keep it and fix it, and the seller kindly provided a discount.
