Nice Phone With Big Issue
This phone is an excellent value with some great features, most notably a replaceable battery and good camera. There is one significant flaw, however, that may cause issues for some. The embedded cell phone signal receiver in the phone is not strong at all -- I have tried two of these with the same result. Our home has very spotty coverage. While other phones have still always allowed me to make and receive calls from home, this phone will not. So if you live in an area where coverage is iffy, beware!!

Good With a Big Setup Caveat
5 of 5 found this helpful The product works nicely. We went from one to two bars to three to five bars throughout the house. Since this plugs into your internet router, make sure the router is centrally located if possible.
Just one big note. I was having a great deal of trouble with the initial setup because the unit was stalling where it was required to tie into the Verizon network. I spent a couple of hours talking to both my internet supplier and Verizon's Tier 1 tech support. However, when I was elevated to the Tier 3 support, the representative knew immediately what the solution was. Apparently, you need to contact Verizon and register the MAC ID number on the unit label. Nowhere in the instructions are you told this, nor have I ever seen anyone comment on the internet!!!! The tech support guy said that he is also frustrated that nobody seems to know this. Anyway, once the ID of the unit was register, it worked almost instantly.

Great Budget Phone
This is probably the best phone for the buck currently available. Good specs, excellent battery life, very few bundled junk apps, and updated to current Android OS. The one negative is that it really is large (5.5" screen) and therefore rather cumbersome for the pocket.
