Works, but have problems
I bought 5 of these in a lot. After installing OEM Vista, updates, and all HP drivers, one still won't connect to the Internet without repeated CMOS resets, and all of them had regular DVD-ROM drives instead of the advertised "Dual layer DVD burner". Other than that, they work.

Best 3rd party battery for MacBook Pro
I was on a budget, and couldn't afford a real MacBook Pro battery, which would've easily set me back $60, so I came upon a 3rd party version of the same thing made by "poweradd". Here's what I think:
PROS:
- Lighter than original (will make carrying the laptop a bit easier)
- Aluminum painted finish matches with the MacBook Pro's finish.
- battery level lights not only work, but light up one-at-a-time, just like the real thing!
- Construction is surprisingly solid, and fits in perfectly with my 17" MacBook Pro
CONS:
- Made out of plastic (not aluminum) which raises overheating concerns because these batteries tend to get really hot
Consensus: While this battery is made out of plastic and not aluminum like the original, it looks right at home on my MacBook Pro and functions like one too! You can't be sure about 3rd party products these days, but poweradd is a company that can make a good replacement battery. 4/5 stars (plastic exterior)

Great Charger
1 of 1 found this helpful This charger works great with my 12V 18Ah battery that I use with a speaker system. It's easy to hook up and it doesn't overcharge, which is a HUGE plus. Within 3 hours the battery charged from 50% to 100% - Overall a great product at a great value.
