  came as described but not packed well enough that yodel f it up so had to go back , com good at the beginning but when wanted refund very poor even not saying no to just binning it and refund shame as positive would have bean there

  I’m really disappointed to receive neutral feedback. We exchanged no fewer than 15 emails about this problem. You initially said you wanted to retain the item and test it, and then agree a partial-refund. You then changed your mind, which is fine, but have become upset by the requirement to return the item for a refund. This is standard practice; is fully compliant with statutory consumer rights; and is a requirement for us to claim compensation. The item was sent in original manufacturer box.
