Amazing quality!
Probiotics, nutrients, amazing taste and infinite serving options! I absolutely love it! I have been a vegetarian athlete who was keen on becoming a vegan but had a problem : won't give up yogurt. Since I couldn't always get organic yogurt, never organic kefir, I slowly gave up on it until my mom ( who is my health guru) suggested this incredible Tibetan mushroom which allows you to use whichever milk you wish, not to mention kefir is superior to yogurt! I did my research and decided to purchase from Bev, not knowing what I will get. Not only she kindly assisted and heaped me due to delivery issues ( my grains were sent when it was terribly snowing), but also the way the grains were carefully packed, the clear and straight forward instructions and fast delivery. The resulted kefir is exquisite! I named my baby mushroom Leah and I am so pleased and looking forward to trying delicious alternatives ( next step is having it with Indian food as well : Raita, Bhindi masala, Lime rice and kefir, Aloo Goby and so on). I'll be attaching some photos of options I have tried so far. Best wishes to everyone, a vegan with a small kefir cheat
