  Seller paid insufficient postage. For an item sold for £3.68 including delivery, it cost me an extra £3.50 in postage fees. The seller refused to refund the extra fee. They said they would send me the same item again as long as I spent over £5 on something else in their store.

  I can't tell anyone anything about the item, as never received it. Contacted seller in regards to tracking, but no reply. Although I did receive a notice from royal mail, that a seller didn't pay the correct postage, which looking at other feedback, could very well be this item and seller. I was planning on ordering other items from this seller, but have now lost all faith, so will be shopping elsewhere. eBay will be reviewing the case and hopefully issuing a refund, in the next few days.

  Item was listed as "free postage" - seller didn't pay the correct postage resulting in Royal Mail leaving a slip through my door saying I owed £3.50 as correct postage hadn't been paid. Contacted the seller who offered to refund me £3.50, never happened. Contacted the seller again saying I would like a full refund and was happy to return the item - messages go ignored. Would NOT recommend this seller at all. Poor communication, and does not pay correct postage for the item to be sent.

  Good quality and condition. Great value for money and appearance matches pictures advertised. The tube attached to the pump is a tad long for the bottle I am using it for, however can be trimmed down, no issues. A+++ seller.
