Great new battery
Easy to change - just 2 screws. Charging time has gone back yo normal and run time is far better than the original. Great value and speedy delivery.

Excellent device
Does exactly what I needed. WiFi app is a bit clunky and there is a slider with Chinese writing in the config page - no idea what that does. Have downloaded the BeHome app instead.

Not quite as BT advertise on TV
Wifi range not outstanding (my Netgear D6400 is better)
Internet max speed not as good as Netgear
Runs slightly hot
Automatic band switching is a nice feature
Firewall full of BT TR069 activity
Keeping as a backup in case BT insist in event of tech troubles, but going back to Netgear
