Simply Calphalon 5qt non-stick pot with cover

A lovely addition to the collection of Calphalon pots and pans for our brand-new kitchen. My wife loves the cooking equipment and her new kitchen in which she prepares our meals, and the Calphalon pots and pans prepare foods quickly and without hotspots or scorching, and clean-up is easy. We appreciate this addition to the Calphalon collection at our home.

Wilkinson Sword double-edge safety razor blades still as good as they were forty years ago!

I worked in a small community drug store as a high school and college student, so I had access to a number of double-edge safety razors back in the early 70's. While I tried a number of brands available to me, I found the preferred double-edge razor blades to be the WInkinson Sword brand. After a few years, I had little time to shave on a daily basis and switched to disposables. Bad mistake!! A few years, I re-discovered the joy of safety razor shaving, and while I frequently received safety razor samples with a few of the double-edge shavers I purchased, I tried the Wilkinson Sword blades and found them to be as good now as previously. When I found a Net dealer selling them in bulk at a great price, I ordered 100 blades (20 packs of 5) and believe I should be well-stocked for a LOOOOONG TIME!!!

Calphalon C1210P Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch International Griddle/Crepe Pan

Used Calphalon C1210P 10-inch griddle/crepe pan

We use our original Calphalon crepe pan once yearly to make up a special recipe of 'seasoned almonds' which we make for our close friends who are unable to tolerate high-carbohydrate loads. The time to prepare the number of batches is prolonged as a consequence of having to clean the crepe pan between batches of almonds. Hence, we decided to obtain a second pan, which we found to be cost-prohibitive. As an alternative, we looked for a used Calphalon coated crepe pan and were fortunately to find this one. We bid and won. On receipt, we noted it to be in as good condition as we could hope, gave it a thorough scrubbing, and put it into use that following weekend. We were able to complete the full number of batches in almost 30% less time than the previous year!
