Great Idea for Conceal Carry!
1 of 1 found this helpful The Springfield XDS 45 slides easily into the holster which may give the impression of not being secure and could be dislodged and fall out while bending over however, the built in finger lock keeps the pistol in place and allows a quick retrieval due to the less than snug fit. I like the paddle feature best as it seems to allow a fit that is closer to the body and easier to conceal under a loose fitting shirt. The hook that secures the paddle is rock solid and in fact to remove the paddle from the pants, requires me to almost undress. While this may seem a con it is fact a plus to keep the holster in place.

Excellent Replacement
Got this for my 1979 Plymouth Volare station wagon. Perfect fit and for a NOS item, this was in pristine condition.

Great Portable BP Monitor
I like the fact it is portable but the best feature is the metal ring in the cuff that makes it easy to wrap the cuff around the arm and get a good firm fit. My old Omron cuff does not have this and after several years is almost impossible to get it tight enough around the arm without getting an error code. I did a comparison reading with my old Omron that has a AC Adapter and the readings were almost identical, a difference by only one digit or two digits i.e 121 vs 123.
