Bangers and mash
First time making sausages, these skins were excellent. Followed instructions on package and web site regarding soaking and filling and had no problems. Only had a plastic attachment on kitchen mincer but it worked well. Took a few turns to get the hang of it, then easy to fill without splitting.

Does the job
Not quite as expected as this is just a triangle of ordinary dress net and not the professional hairdressing net I expected. You can buy the dress net cheaply on line or in stores and cut it up yourself as that’s all there is to it.
However the net does the job of keeping rollers in place and was received within a couple of days. Ideal if you don’t want to make one yourself.
