Plays Bluray, HD DVD, DVD and CD and records DVD and CD

I was looking for a drive to back up my Blu-ray collection to a NAS drive and found this. The bonus is it will back up my old HD DVDs as well! You need some software - I am using MakeMKV to create MKV files and Handbrake to convert to MP4. For HD DVD I also needed AnyDVD HD otherwise MakeMKV would crash. I use VLC on my Fire stick to play the movies from NAS. The drive is deeper front to back than a standard drive. In my case this means it protrudes slightly from the front of the computer case, but it should fit a tower case fine. Has proven to be an excellent buy.

Excellent small yet powerful drill.

This is the second.DCD796 I own. It is my general purpose drill of choice as it is small yet powerful. I have a DCD996 for bigger jobs and an SDS+ dewalt drill for concrete and hard brick. My original DCD796 developed a fault where the chuck sometimes won’t unlock without the help of a vice. This is why I bought the new drill. I’m hoping that the new drill won’t develop the same issue.

Excellent small screw chuck

Excellent quality small screw chuck with 3/4 inch x 16tpi which has the required register to fit the old style Record Power Coronet, CL & DML lathes.
