Good resistance, 90 degree latch could be firmer
My previous door restrictor did not have a keep open latch, nor was the resistance adjustable. Hence in both respects the Maco Tech restrictor is an upgrade. However the latch at 90 degrees is a bit weak for my liking, it's not particularly firm. What makes up for this and makes the change worthwhile for me is the variable resistance. Setting this firm allows the door to be open at pretty much infinite angles of part open and is reasonably resistant to light breeze, just what I wanted.
