  No tracking details were provided because the item was never handed to the courier - and it was nearly £15 for Parcelforce 24. No explanation was given. Raised ticket with eBay and was refunded by seller. The insult was to be told that if the item arrived, I could 'keep it free of charge.' This was a bit rich seeing as we both knew the item had never been posted. Sloppiness only goes so far. Untrustworthy seller. Beware.
