  Item is listed as new, but the box has been unopened and re-taped, and the cord was not tied up the way it would be if it was new. There’s a black scuff mark on the body the heater. It very much appears that the heater has ed, plugged in and used for at least a little bit. So far it’s working, but I don’t appreciate ring sold an item that claims to be new and unopened when it clearly isn’t. Additionally, I was charged sales tax when I live in a location with no sales tax.
