Expensive and full of faults …also too much effort to maintain them.
These machines are expensive to buy, to keep & too much effort to maintain them. Sage has made all parts unavailable and those available are too expensive. Also these machines are full of problems & faults - so you will end up giving up your espresso machine which you purchased for little money after it becomes hustle to fix it. I have taken out the storage the barista express which i rushed to put away. Now i know why the barista express holds the price even after a year or two using it. Do not waste your money buying a espresso machine which it’s digital or tamps the coffee for you.

Very poor material ..
Had to purchase a Festool guide rail in the end for some extra. Not worth it as it’s fragile and usually gets delivered with missing parts !
