    Doesn't respond. Did nothing to help with a shipping issue. They sound very short and rude with their tone. I was suppose to get the item over a week ago and STILL don't have it. Just rude. And awful. Who knows what the jackets gonna look like. The sad thing is I needed this for something really big and the sellers knew it and even through that they were rude. Anyways-- Go else where. I'd rather pay an extra $30 than buy from this person again. Hopefully it shows up someday! Very dissapointed.

You requested expedited shipping while only paying for the standard option. We allowed it due to your reasons. We expressively informed you that we cannot control the carrier's shipping speed during a national weather alert -- Delayed delivery due to a snowstorm. Yet, you lied publically in our store.
