Background noise

The background noise is so high that the caller on my phone which is a Samsung S8 ask me to call when i have stopped on moving slow. So now i have reordered a Samsung headset.

This headset is easy to use and set up but everyone is telling me that when I talk to them it sounds it's raining they end or have I got the window open but they can still hear me.
