    The seller did contact me and offered to refund my money. I did have to take the machine to a repair shop to get the cutting blades to work. Overall, not terribly happy with the purchase.

    I was first messaged at 4:35AM when our hiking group was in the Smoky Mountains and there was no service. We got home late and didn't get to eBay until 9:00AM, at which time I responded nine minutes after her second message. I offered a full refund. I'm not sure what YouTube video solved this person's dilemma, but the manual was included, which would have done the same thing. As far as her "DO NOT trust this seller" this is my first negative in 27 years and a removal request is pending.

If there's one book that changed my life, this is it. Its the one you read when they come. Its the one that tells you how to cope with panic and/or anxiety attacks from the perspective of someone who had them. Its a shoulder to lean on and a friend telling you that you are not alone.

Wow!
I have a HP Envy Recline all-in-one, the audio jack in which died a while ago. Got this and, true to their word, it was a perfect plug n' play. Now am no longer cussing out the jack in my $1500 computer and am a happy camper once again. Seriously, if you have a bad audio jack, just getcha one of these. You'll be glad you did it.
