Skip the Sigma/Nikkor/Canon, Tamron Wins

Save yourself a thousand bucks. This lens is every bit as sharp as the competition, and has VC and coatings that the other guys can't compete with. Beautiful build quality, outstanding optics. VC is impeccable, can shoot handheld at 1/2s. Great for video.
