A simple phone with no frills
Bought as an early birthday present for my partner to replace an earlier version and i intended to set it all up. The instructions said it required a nano sim and as the old one was a micro sim, had to request it from network. When sim arrived and went to put in new phone, not only did it not have a tray as per instructions to insert sim and sd card , the nano sim was too small. So having searched the Internet for S4 phone, I found out it uses a micro sim! The wrong instruction leaflet was inside a sealed box and appears to be for much newer phones that have nano sims and backs that don't come off. In hindsight, I should have checked first by a) following instructions straight away before waiting for a nano sim to arrive and finding the problem sooner and b) search the web. I shouldn't have had to do this if the correct information leaflet was enclosed. The product is 2017 and fine for simple use with no frills and works well with battery charging once a day for average use. For potential buyers- just remember it uses a micro sim.
