It was originally advertised as new and sealed, but the seller emailed before dispatch to say unbeknown to them their young daughter had opened it, meaning it was no longer sealed, and asked whether they should still send or refund. I asked them still to send, and the DVD is still in as-new condition, although not sealed, and plays perfectly, so I found the seller very honest and helpful, with good communication
