Won’t value there warranty!

Purchased this pump a year ago and not impressed. First of all didn’t come with any o rings even tho the instructions in the box said it did, also the pump had a large amount of end float from the shaft and now one year on the pump is extremely noisy and going to need replacement again! Still under warranty but of course they won’t reply! All oem approved oil was used etc and was fitted by a qualified mechanic just a poor quality pump
