I requested the delivery by click&Collect, but didn't receive the email with barcode to pick up, and went to the original order confirmation email (which we don't actually often open to view, do we..?), and only then found out it said the item could be picked up the next day so soon. The item had been packaged in Amazon bag so that obviously confused the shop and the shop hadn't done something that the barcode to be sent to me. Lucky I noticed in time. Just to inform for next time
