  Unfortunately something must have happened during shipment, and the buyer had to return the vacuum cleaner. Because it is defective. I tested the unit before shipment and it worked flawlessly. The customer was very understanding. They have returned the unit and we issued the refund. Sincerely Lisa & Scott. P.S.
