Detox Queen
Great product for hair, skin, bathing and detox. I always feel cleansed and clarified on my spa days. I put a large towel or sheet on my bed , mix a bowl of clay with water. Cover my self from head to toe in clay. Lay down and listen to some music till it dries. Have a nice bath with your favourite smells waiting. When the clay is dry, then get in the bath for a gentle soak off. Then shower the clay from your hair and condition. Put 2 teaspoons of clay in 500ml of water and drink it either before bed or first thing in the morning. This whole process can be quite messy, so if you can't bear the sight of mud in your freshly cleaned bathroom, then don't do it. Or do it in someone else's. I just love how my hair, skin and guts feel so cleansed, it's worth the mess! If you have any medical issues, check with your GP. It might not be right for you.
