    I was unable to pay immediately (within 10 minutes of winning the auction) as PayPal were having an issue. The Seller cancelled the sale, without asking/telling me, within hours of my winning the listing and lied to eBay about why the transaction was cancelled. The Seller then decided to sell it to a friend. See attached photos. Not happy and reported to eBay.
