  Although the picture on the post was white when the hats arrived they were pink but as they were a surprise for my granddaughters holiday so they aren’t expecting them or even a particular colour and they were still very pretty I didn’t think it was worth the hassle of sending them back On the post it says that they can be customised but not how (eg name or letter) and when I messaged the seller to ask about this the answer was incomprehensible so I left them plain but they are still lovely
