36V15.6Ah Lithium-ion Battery E-bike Silver fish with Cellphone charging USB

Good battery with a couple of drawbacks

Bought this to convert bicycle to e-bike. Easily got 25 miles out of it putting next to no effort into the process save moving my feet to activate the pedal assist system. It is hooked up to a 250W geared hub motor and the bike goes along at 15.5 mph quite happily with this battery. The only downsides are as follows:- 1. It is not waterproof. 2. To release the battery once unlocked one has to slide it all the way along a supporting rail. This is not possible when connected within the main triangular frame without attaching it in a way that allows it to be rotated out to one side or another. This requires some additional fabrication and some velcro straps and also means that it is secured to the bottle carrier lugs by only one bolt. So what can be done to ameliorate the situation? Driving me along at 15.5 miles per hour the battery doesn't seem to get warm so I suspect that one could make a waterproof cover for it without fear of it overheating. As for the mounting mechanism, I cannot think of a way to fix it and make it removable without cutting slots into the rail and case which will void the warranty. Velcro straps are a good workaround.

Seems to work well. Nice and loud but LED could be bigger and brighter

Easy to set up. Just install battery into the button (provided) and it worked out of the box. There are a large number of pretty horrid tunes to choose from but there is thankfully a normalish sounding chime. Bought for a fairly deaf neighbour. She can hear it fine which means it serves its purpose.
