Hi, so i am just a private seller, selling quality unwanted new & used items most of which are unwanted gifts or items i or family members have bought and never used, this is just to give people help with the cost of living crisis that is going on in the UK and to help save the amount of stuff going to landfill. This private account has never been for profit and some of my proceeds go to charities such as Cats Protection or Banardo's.

    The delivery was fast. when I brought up an issue it was addressed which I massively respect I was offered a refund, some of the eyeshadow colours looked like they had been slightly used or just possibly swatched. It is Ebay and £10 is a steal so I know it was a gamble, but it's not hard to talk to people with respect.
