  We were first sent a toilet seat which was cracked and unusable. I contacted them and they took several days to respond. They eventually sent us a replacement, but that one was badly bowed so didn’t sit flat on the toilet. I let them know, and again they took several days to respond. They asked us to send the bowed toilet seat back to them, so I feel sorry for the poor customer who receives the faulty toilet seat (which was positioned on our toilet - ew!).
