Wrong ink, how to fix
13 of 42 found this helpful I put the ink that comes with it in the ink tanks and had to watch a lot of You Tube to figure out how to get it out. I think a cautionary statement in the box would have helped me to know that i needed to disregard the instructions and put in the sublimation ink since that is what I bought it for.. Other than that, I think it is a great product and would recommend it to someone interested. I'm giving it a "it's ok" review because, I was very stressed for quite a while until I found a video that told me how to fix the problem. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has done this.
