Not easy to fit. Template incorrect.
1 of 2 found this helpful Cannot fault the supplier in dispatching and communication. This item was not easy to fit. Took several hours, we found that the template is not the right size, therefore fitting the screws only just fitted. So measure very carefully, we did and still had a problem. The flap does not swing easily and catches. Needs force to open which I think my dogs will find difficult and it shuts noisily as hits the frame. Supplier willing to refund if I return, but will leave hole in my door, so somehow needs to be adapted somehow to work smoothly. Well done to all those who fitted easily. One star for supplier efficiency.
