  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Battery provided was a dud (only 50% of max. charge as reported by Windows) and yet they wanted to charge me the following if I returned it. The cost of the battery. Initial and return shipping fees. eBay and payment processing fees. Dell’s analysis fee (£100–£200+VAT). Shipping cost to and from Dell in Germany / Holland . They tried to blame the problem on my computer! Bought a new batttery directly from Dell and all seems good
