1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this kettle as it was a few pounds cheaper than the other identical kettles but failed to notice that I was buying a reconditioned one. Would not have knowingly done this. It looks very nice but came without it's box and guarantee. My first complaint was the length of time it takes to boil. This was my main reason for replacing my existing kettle. It is very slow. Also noticed inside that although there was no limescale, it did in fact have a stain that looked like an historical limescale stain. Looks nice and it's my fault for not fully reading the description but I think it should have been clearer. Arrived very quickly and I cannot make up my mind whether it's good value. I'll see how long it lasts if the boiling time doesn't frustrate too much. I may end up replacing it before it wears out.
