Poor materials of construction
1 of 1 found this helpful The problem is the diverter is made from plastic, a poor choice of material for pressurized water lines. Can't get it to seal without the ball joint blowing out. Purchased a metal diverter and hook for the hand spray and the head, hose and hand spray work great.

Looks are deceiving
Not much power despite the YouTube videos. You can actually see the rubber ball travel thru the air. Not useful for very much of anything as it is really a high end toy dispute the admonishment that it is not a toy. (Neither is a BB gun!) . IMO, a cross man .22 cal pellet gun is more effective for penetration. One exception may be launching pepper balls. But I have not tried that yet. They are pretty expensive!
