  The kettle seems unused and works perfectly, that’s the good! The box was damaged and opened and the kettle had two small scratches on the lid. None of this was mentioned in the listing but it was cheap so I kept it. The packaging was woeful just a thin cardboard box wrapped in parcel tape. I contacted the seller and they tried to suggest everything happened in transit which it clearly didn’t as the outer packaging was undamaged. This item should not have been listed as brand new…
