  Bought for my daughter as she loves Berlioz, shipping was extremely quick but the wrong item was delivered meaning a delay in getting the correct item. Customer service was extremely helpful and efficient though only issue was they wanted me to deal with them outside of eBay initially.   If you have been to a Disney park and seen the level of customer service then this eBay seller carries that ethos through. Please take note other sellers. Fast delivery, some of the best packaging I have seen,with an unparalleled customer service and the product excellent ( clean no shelf or storage dust, excellent condition and exactly as described by seller).
