  they are crooks , told me the item was in good condition , I sent my money ,then he says the item is defective , and has something better .? they should have told me when I asked the condition of this item that it was defective.? I'm waiting For MY REFUND .?

  We have never had a problem with any customers ever on our site. We’ve been an excellent seller for over three years. This customer has been belligerent the whole entire transaction. We have not been able to reason or resolve anything calmly. The item was getting shipped from our warehouse to us and was damaged. I offered to replace it with a better item. They said no, so I went to cancel the item and refund them. My company has NEVER scammed anyone ever.
