Good used quality PCB - Easy install if you know what your are doing.
The PCB was in great condition - I installed it myself with guidance from a gas safe engineer. Any one with basic DIY skills can do it. You just need to make sure the heating, hot water and onoff dials are lined up properly where it goes into the board, there is only one way it will fit, so it's quite easy. You also need to wire the live, neutral, earth and wire to the room thermostat if you have one, otherwise just copy the wiring from old - take a few photos of the old one to be sure. The other connectors were plug in. Make sure you disconnect the plug from the mains socket as if you only turn off from the boiler the electricity is still going to to the board. The only tricky bit is lining up the copper prongs from both the LED unit and timer unit to go into the board, just take your time and don't force it. Otherwise get a gas safe engineer to do it.
