    The item came brand new and sealed in the box however it was not what I purchased as there was no stand as in the picture on the advert . Dreadful experience waste of my time ! The seller was threatening and abusive not helpful at all in resolving the matter which was totally unacceptable. Had the seller listed the item they sent correctly we would not have purchased it as we wanted one with a stand - completely their error and fault !!!!!

    Just one more of those thieves on ebay claiming that Weber forgot to put the stand in or Royal Mail staff pinched it in transit. Moreover, there was no "threats" made at any time. Just another lie on top of all the others from this one. It has been a very bad experience unfortunately but Ebay will always side with buyers.
